We prefer you to submit the online form - one form for each quilt you enter. Paper forms will be accepted, but this requires the team to retype all your information onto the computer. You must fill out the paper form in advance with all information to speed up the process. Paper forms will be available at guild meetings.
Send to quiltshow-registration@kawvalleyquiltersguild.org by March 20, 2026 at the latest. Any online registration received after March 20th will not be accepted. You will be notified by email when your registration is received – and if necessary, anything that may need to be completed or adjusted. If you do not receive verification by April 1st, contact quiltshow-registration@kawvalleyquiltersguild.org.
You may mail the form by March 20th - you can obtain the address by emailing quiltshow-registration@kawvalleyquiltersguild.org
Be aware – paper labels will be attached to your quilt with non-piercing hair clips (picture example provided on the right). If you do not want a hair clip used, please supply another means to attach the label.
Quilts must have:
An attached 4” finished width sleeve. No stick pins or whip-stitching to attach the sleeves will be accepted as they can fall off.
A label identifying the submitter and the quilt name.
